Dr. A. Murat GİZİRIn this study, some physicochemical properties of lactic acid wereinvestigated. A lot of nourishments includes lactic acid. In this respect, main goalwas to synthesize polymer of lactic acid to use food industry in the future. For thispurpose, ıt has been studied in certain concentrations of lactic acid containingsolutions. The synthesized polymer film will be used as a thin film in inside surfaceof metal pots to protection of subsrate foods. Thus, spoil of foods to take form forinteractions between the foods ve metal surface will be prevented. The conductivityand pH measurements were carried out to this important work and interpreted thethermodynamic parameters.Key Words: Lactic Acid, Conductivity, Ka, pH, Polymer.II
