Examination of Leopold Auer and Ivan Galamian in terms of violin education

In this research with the subject of "Examination of Leopold Auer and Ivan Galamian in terms of violin education" one of the leading representatives of violin pedagogues of the 19th and 20th centuries is discussed. In the 1st and 2nd chapters of the thesis, Leopold Auer and Ivan Galamian are analyzed. The 3rd chapter is a comparison of the left and right hand. Also their education and working careers, techniques, positions, bow holdings, vibrato in left hand techniques, holding the right hand and various playing techniques have been studied. Additionally, the suggestions of both pedagogues to work and play correctly were also compared. In the thesis, the pedagogues' own books, foreign and Turkish thesis sources were used.
