Abstract (EN)
This thesis study is prepared in order to research effects of applied power types of leaders in primary schools on organizational learning, to identify which factors have how effects and to determine these effects. According to this research, effects of applied power types of the leaders on organizational learning indicate variation because of many factors. Data are collected from a questionnaire which is applied to 217 teachers in Aydın province Köşk and Germencik districts primary schools. Questionnaire is formed from 29 questions related to leader power types, 23 questions related to organizational learning, 6 questions related to workers? demographic features. In total, there are 58 questions in the questionnaire. Results are analyzed in order to find out effects of leader?s charismatic power, reward power, expert power, coercive power, legal power and workers? age, sex, marital status, academic backgrounds, employment period and position on association on organizational learning. Leaders should shape management positively by being aware of leader power types effects on organizational learning and being conscious on which factor has what kind of result. Point at issue, to eventuate effective organizational learning in an organization, directors should shape director and teacher communication and management communication consciously, and then they should have necessary knowledge and fit out. In case of having directors and teachers needed knowledge and fit out and managers? shaping the management positively, organizational learning in association will come true effectively.Key Words: Leadership, Leader Power Types, Organizational Learning
