Abstract (EN)

The most determining factor in tourist destinations where tourism activities take place is the human factor. The primary aim of this research is to investigate the impact of leader-member exchange on organizational justice and organizational trust. Additionally, the effect of organizational justice on organizational trust has been examined. Furthermore, the study compares the levels of leader-member exchange, organizational justice, and organizational trust according to participants' demographic characteristics, such as age, gender, marital status, tenure, income, and education level. For this purpose, a survey was conducted with 393 accommodation staff working in the Manavgat destination of Antalya province. In the empirical analysis, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and regression analysis methods were employed. The results of the analysis revealed that leader-member exchange has a positive effect on organizational justice. Additionally, it was determined that both leader-member exchange and organizational justice play significant roles in increasing organizational trust. Moreover, it was found that the levels of leader-member exchange, organizational justice, and organizational trust statistically differ based on the demographic characteristics of the accommodation staff. Results provide valuable insights for hotel employees, managers, human resources specialists, and sectoral consultants.
