Abstract (EN)
The aim of this research is to examine the concepts of justice and leadership, which direct the most basic thoughts of human beings, within the organizational framework and to reveal the relationships and effects between them. Since these concepts can cover phenomena that vary from person to person, there are many approaches to the definition and measurement of both concepts. Considering this diversity in approaches, justice perceptions of employees are discussed within the scope of organizational justice. In this study, after establishing a conceptual ground in this direction, the theoretical processes are shed light on. The independent variable whose effectiveness is tried to be questioned in the organizational justice level examined is the leader-member exchange (LMX) theory, which has shaped leadership research. In this research, it is suggested that there are some changes in the organizational justice perceived by the members as a result of their mutual interactions with their leaders. In this direction, a field study was carried out in order to empirically examine the subject. The universe of the research consists of employees working in various destinations in Antalya. The research sample consists of employees working in five-star accommodation enterprises located in Belek, Kadriye, Side, Kundu, Kemer, Manavgat and the center of Antalya, which are the most popular touristic regions of Antalya. The research data were obtained by means of a questionnaire designed in three parts: leader-member interaction, organizational justice and demographic scale. In this direction, first of all, a pilot study with 132 participants was carried out and the reliability of the questionnaires was tested. After it was determined that the scales were suitable for the research, field research was carried out and a data set consisting of 552 questionnaires was obtained by using the convenience sampling method. These data were evaluated with SPSS 23 package statistics program. In order to prove that the research data are safe and consistent, reliability and validity analyzes were carried out. Correlation and regression analyzes were applied to test the research hypotheses statistically. As a result of these analyzes, it has been determined that the leader-member exchange has a significant effect on the organizational justice perceptions of the tourism sector employees and the relations between these two variables are at remarkable levels.
