Abstract (EN)

In this study, it was aimed to identify the the impact of leader-member exchange on talent management and employee performance. In this sense, some research has been conducted on the employee of Provincial Directorate of Health, Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism, Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, Provincial Directorate of Environment and Urbanization and Provincial Directorate of Turkish Employment Organization, all of which are located in Ankara. 406 people are made up of sample group of research which are applied to employees who work in aforementioned institutions in different positions. As a result of statistical analyses conducted, it has been concluded that there is a positive and meaningful relation between leader-member exchange and its sub-dimensions, and talent management and employee performance. Moreover, it has been deduced that leader-member exchange and its sub-dimensions affect talent management and employee performance. According to the results obtained, it has been determined that realization of a quality leader-member exchange affect the employees positively. With that, it has been determined that results obtained will increase the concept of talent management which is of high importance for businesses and institutions and which is becoming more and more popular lately, and will increase imployee performance which is one of the very important factors of a success of an institution.
