Abstract (EN)
Aim of this study is to find out the relation between emotional intelligence of leaders and motivation in light of some demographic factors. Nowadays the organizations will succeed as they direct, encourage and move their employees towards their goals. In business life, as the human factor having more importance day by day, the provision for keeping up with variable enviromental conditions is understanding their employees. The understanding of his employees well and motivation of his employees are dependent on whether the leader understand his emotions and feelings well or not and motivates himself in a good way or not. Only the leader who has high emotional intelligence can make this cohesion.In recent years, the term of emotional intelligence has became more popular in the world.
