The Impact of leadership on employee motivation

Thanks to this unique impact, the leadereasily motivates the employees to accomplish organizational goals.Not only does leader motivate the employees as applying incentives andpromotions, but also he applies motivation methods. Furthermore, leader has anmotivational impact on the employees thanks to the leader?s personality traits,behavior styles and power sources. Therefore, the leadership has a key role inthe employee motivation.The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between theleadership and the employee motivation.
