Abstract (EN)

This research was done on purpose to analyze the effect of leadership perception on employees' organizational commitment and job satisfaction. For this purpose, significant relationships were determined between the perceived leadership of the employees, their organizational commitment and job satisfaction. The research was carried out by using the survey technique on the employees of tourism establishments in the Manavgat region, which is one of the most important tourism destinations in Turkey and located on the coastline. According to the analysis findings which is applied to the data obtained from the research, specific relations were determined between the leadership perceptions of the hotel employees and the other two variables. When the results were analyzed, it was determined that the leadership perception of the employees had a significant effect on their organizational commitment. In fact, the positive change in the leadership perceptions of the employees considerably increases their organizational commitment. Similarly, the effect of organizational commitment on employees' job satisfaction is statistically significant. The effect of the leadership perceptions of the employees on their job satisfaction was analyzed and statistically a positive effect was determined. As a result of the research, some theoretical and practical contributions were made to the sector representatives, academicians who are working in the literature and hotel managers.
