Abstract (EN)
Motivation is one of the most important factors affecting the success of employees and therefore organizations. While different factors are involved in increasing employee motivation, the effect of leadership styles on motivation is confronted as a factor that is revealed in various studies. In these researches, it is seen that the relation of leadership styles to motivation is handled in different samples. Similarly, levels of satisfaction or dissatisfaction levels of employees' may also emerge depending on the leadership style which they are faced at work. It is found that, working with a transformer leader is positively related to job satisfaction, in their work. To purpose of this study is to demonstrate how effective, Transformational Leadership, Transactional Leadership and Servant Leadership styles on employee motivations and job satisfaction in private education sector located in Turkey. Thus, it was aimed to contribute to the literatüre by testing samples in the private education sector in Turkey. The relationship between leadership styles and motivation and job satisfaction has been tested through regression analysis and it has been found that transformer and servant leadership behaviors have an effect on motivation and job satisfaction, but the interaction leadership style has no effect on motivation as well as being influential on job satisfaction.
