Abstract (EN)
Galvanized sheet and XPS foam were used as materials in this study. Material densities and dimensions were calculated as 23.4 kg/ m3 and 500x50x50 mm for galvanized sheet, and 7800 kg/m3 and 500x50x50 mm for XPS, respectively. Vibration test of fibrous composite sandwich cantilever beam, which has galvanized sheet metal on the lower and upper side along the length, was performed. The software Ansys Mechanical APDL 2020 R2 was used to model the material. In modeling, the element types Solid 20node 186 and Shell 8node 281 were used for XPS and galvanized sheet. The model was meshed in the desired size after generating a 3D finite element model. MODAL was used as analysis type and frequency value was obtained. Numerical results from Ansys Mechanical APDL were compared to analytical results in the literature, and similar results were obtained
