Abstract (EN)

According to the Turkish Commercial Code 6102, limited companies are one of the capital companies. However, limited companies can be accepted as a type of company that also include specific features, which are unique forpartnership companies. In our work, the conditions of death, transfer of share, expulsion and exclusion, which are the situations of losing the title of partnership in limited companies, will be examined in detail. The cases on losing the title of partnership in limited companies, the consequences of the termination of the partnership, and the compensation payment arrangements for the reserved partner will be discussed. The loss of the role of partnership, the consequences linked to this and the existing discussions on the secession charter institutions will be discussed and judicial decisions will be made.
