The relation between high school students' crime tendency and parents' attitudes: The sample of Beyoğlu district

In this thesis study; the relation between high school students?crime tendency and parents attitudes is investigated.The basis aim of the study is to contribute to the families and educators about how to behave to reduce the crime tendency in the theoretical part of the study source search was made in the department part of study,it was profitted from survey.Survey results were analysed in SPSS15.00 statistic programme in computer enviroment.The purpose of the education system is to grow people who are qualitative,compatible with enviroment and family and also reconciled.Otherwise;as the adolescent who obey the rules,and compatible with enviroment,there are some adolescent who aren?t obey the rules and also tendency to crime.This result brings out to research and solve the factors which cause the crime for students.In these thesis;parents attitudes were considered which causes crime for students.In that;families are also responsible from their all action, makes parents attitudes the most important factor.The research result show that;at the time of high school,the most committed offense is;disobeying the school rules and the least is;stealing.There isn?t one to one relation between the parents attitude and high school adolescents? crime tendency.Otherwise;the parents?acts on their children (such as,acceptance,interest,physicological autonomy and control)reduce the tendency to crime.
