Examination of examination of exam anxiety and related factors in high school last students

In this study, test anxiety and related factors were examined in high school seniors. The sample of the study consisted of students who were studying at high schools in the central districts of Kahramanmaraş and were preparing for the university entrance exam, with their parents' permission obtained and voluntarily participating in the research. In total, 701 students responded to the research data collection tools. Data; The Personal Information Form was obtained using the Westside Exam Anxiety Scale, The Career Goal Feedback Scale, and The Adolescent Mental Resilience Scale. As a result, students preparing for the university exam; when test anxiety levels increase, career goal negative feedback also increases; when test anxiety levels increase, mental toughness levels decrease; it was observed that when the mental toughness levels increased, the negative feedback on career goals decreased. It is thought that the research literature and its findings will shed light on the work of all professionals working in the fields of mental health and education.
