Abstract (EN)
This study was developed as two sections; organic dialdehyde monomer synthesis and synthesis of cryogel formed polymers. In first section, the monomers were synthesized and characterised by using spectroscopic methods. In second section, the colopolymeric cryogels structure analysis and characterisation were done for synthesized monomers. Additionally, the cryogels were used for the lysozyme purification as biotechnological application. The adsorption experiments were set under different environmental conditions (pH, initial concentration, temperature, ionic strength) in discret system. Finally, we repeated adsorption-desorption cycle for 5 times and it was observed that the cryogels can be used without significant loss in lysozyme adsorption capacity.
