Lojistik dijital dönüşüm engellerinin belirlenmesi ve önceliklendirilmesi: Yeni bir entegre Delphi-SWARA yöntemi

There is no doubt that digitalization is one of the most significant technological trends facing the world today, and it has a profound impact on the logistics sector, among others. As logistics operations become more digital, companies can allocate resources more accurately and cost-effectively, increase communication between supply chain members, and increase flexibility. However, there are still gaps in the literature, and a need to clarify digitalization barriers to logistic operation remains. Therefore, this study aims to address this research gap by examining digitalization barriers to a logistic operation based on a systematic literature review (SLR) study. The investigation followed a mixed-methods approach, which included the Delphi method and SWARA. The twenty-seven obstacles and seven themes were identified using the SLR approach. The six barriers and one theme were eliminated as unsuitable for Türkiye conditions. Later, the SWARA method was used to prioritize and determine the weights of the synthesized obstacles. The findings show that "uncertainty about customers' needs and wants" comes out on top within the digitalization barriers to logistic operation in Türkiye. This is followed by a "lack of a digital vision and strategy" and "lack of a leader with appropriate skills, competencies, and experience". Besides, "inadequate organizational structure" is ranked as the fourth barrier, whereas "high investment/ implementation costs" is ranked as fifth barrier. Moreover, "organizational barriers" is identified as the most important digitalization barrier theme. The goal of this research is to aid managers and practitioners in prioritizing, finding solutions, and developing strategies to overcome the distinctive digitalization barriers that are most important for firms desiring to transform business digitally.
