Abstract (EN)

From past to present, individuals and communities have been in constant interaction with their environment. Consumer behavior has been deeply affected by developments in science and industry. Consumers, as a result of the increasing competition with the increasing number of businesses and brands, are also influenced by various variables and show purchasing behavior. These variables, starting from the pre-production period, delivering the output to the consumer that evaluates the process of logistic performance and advertising which represents the creation of sales by presenting the output to the consumer, remains important as two concepts that affect consumer behavior. In this research, it is aimed to contribute to the literature by showing the effects of logistics performance and advertising on consumers before and after purchasing. In this study, 150 participants who were active in the fuel, construction, banking, mineral oil, advertising and health sectors within the boundaries of Istanbul were applied the survey method and the collected data were analyzed with SPSS. Correlation and regression tests were applied in the study along with reliability and validity tests. According to the results, the positive relationship between the logistics performance and the advertising before and after the purchase has been supported.
