It is,now, inevitable to present the best quality to the customer.This study aims to detail the management of customer relations inside thelogistics industry. The relation of my study with the logistics sector is not acoincidence. As the world is becoming smaller by means of increasingcommunication possibilities, there is no alternative way to the physicaltransportation of the products yet and it is only possible with well organizationof the logistics actions.vi
