Abstract (EN)

Logistics concept has shown a continuous development by emergence to date. The concept that was used first in the field of military after the Second World War it replaced in the business sector when enterprices realized the importance of it. While logistics identified as a support activity in terms of enterprices; nowadays it is seen as strategic partner of business activities and added value created by logistics accepted undisputed.Response to the growing importance of logistics its workforce profile and quality of currently providing education has become a remarkable discussion point. Enterprices in this sector demand labour that will operate a business activity create added value to be exactly informed on the field. This demand and standard brings the necessity of an agreed on a training programme and recruitment criteria.With the increasingly global format of logistic activities, validated the demand of sector on labour and training. By the advent of the need for training in logistics, education programmes in high school, undergraduate, and graduate level has started to open quickly. However, while living quickly and non standarded development on training the studies is not performed on profile and needs of existing work force and even there is no an comprehensive study on this point.
