Abstract (EN)
The need of knowledge which has come out nowadays and gradually increased, has compelled firms to move together with each other as an integrated whole. Beside this need, logistics management concept has progressed and activating logistics actions has appeared. In this study, transportation which is one of the important activity in logistics actions and transportation cost which is the important cost item are considered. Shipment planning is made as a practice by using meta-heuristic technique, but firstly mathematichal model of the system is generated in minimizing transportation cost. When the system complexity increases, it is considered that linear optmization does not give sufficient solution and, mathematical model is solved by using simulated annealing which is one of the meta-heuristic techniques.
