Özet (EN)

Lung cancer is the most widespread cause of cancer deaths all over the world. Lung cancer deats are one third of all cancer deaths. NSCLC is approximately eighty percent lung cancer. One third of theses cases are locally advanced during diagnosis. Most of patients with locally advanced NSCLC are not amenable for surgical resection. They are generally treated with radioterapy and chemothrapy combinations.Clinical studies done with different cancer kinds have shown that, addition to anticuagulan has positive effects on survival answer to treatment.In this study, the effect on response, survay and toxicity to low molecular weight heparin of concurrent chemoradiothrapy with a diagnosis of unresectable locally advanced NSCLC patients were investigated.
