Abstract (EN)

The aim of the thesis is to develop applications of Lora technology in the field of military wearable technology. The study contributes to the effective movement of military personnel in field operations. Addressing communication challenges encountered in field operations, tracking vital data, and addressing the need for long-range reliable communication, a project study has been conducted that includes solutions offered by Lora technology in this context. During active conflicts in military operations, informing the central command and requesting support by the assigned commander is possible through radio communication within the existing boundaries. However, radio communications are not secure enough, and continuity cannot be ensured in panic situations. An end-to-end system has been developed to send medical and GPS data such as pulse and body temperature of each soldier in the team to the central command at specified intervals. Additionally, the thesis evaluates the impact of the developed system on critical factors such as integration into wearable equipment in the military field, communication security, data integrity, and low power consumption. This assessment will serve as a foundation for future studies aimed at enhancing and developing wearable technologies used in military operations.
