Özet (EN)

The concept of sovereignty has been tried to be defined for centuries. The Lebanese state has eroded its sovereign position as defined by the people along with its political, economic and social problems. Therefore, Lebanon central authority has reduce with sectarian problems, external interventions and political problems.The people who deal with security, economy, political and social problems have been tried to announce the demands. In this process, fundamentalist movements started from the Shiite sectarian, which was excluded from Lebanon and tried to cope with poverty. Because of, Hezbollah was born as a violent non-state actor from Lebanon, which approaching the definition of failed state. Hezbollah, who is defined as a terrorist organization and acts as a terror, has over time Hezbollah was able to public speaking in Lebanon. In addition, Hezbollah has evaluated the situation and evolved into a political party. Today, Hezbollah is chaotically described by the tides between the definitions of political party, terrorist organization or non-state actor.
