Abstract (EN)

Along with local administrations and municipal elections, mayors and administrators change every five years in Turkey. After these changes, each manager terminates or changes the workplace of some employees in order to form a working team in accordance with working principles. Sometimes the reason for this change can be experienced due to political views. The study was planned to evaluate the mobbing perceptions of employees who left their jobs in municipalities after the local government elections held in 2019. The study was carried out to cover five district municipalities in Aydın, where the mayor and the mayor changed together with their political party after the 2019 elections. The study has been shaped with a quantitative research approach on the change in the municipality management in five districts of Aydın and the workforce turnover in the context of mobbing effect. The data obtained with the applied mobbing scale were analyzed by the SPSS program. The analyzes focused on analyzing the differences between demographic variables and mobbing elements. As a result of the analyzes, differences were reached especially in terms of working status, work experience and marital status. The demographic feature in which mobbing perception differs the most was found to be working status.
