Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of recreational activities on some biomarkers in prisoners under probation. Forty male prisoners aged between 18-65 years (N: 40, age: 35,65 ±) who participated in the study in Gaziantep province participatedvoluntarily. The experimental design was performed by the researcher in twelve weeks of physical activity (Educational games, Basketball and Volleyball)After the demographic information was taken before the study, blood samples were taken after waist and hip measurements were made with the mesura. In the blood samples taken from prisoners before and after recreation activity, brain-derived neurotrophic factor ELISA method, copper and zinc, atomic absorption method, serotonin, testosterone, estradiol, dehydroepiandrosteron, cortisol, insülin kemiluminescence method and lipid parameters were run spectrophotometrically. The results obtained from the groups before and after the recreational activity were compared with each other. In this comparison, there was no significant difference between BMI (Body Mass Index) before and after measurements (p=0.072). After waist measurements, the measurements were significantly lower than the measurements (p=0.032). Smoking has also decreased. Brainderivedneurotrophic factor value increased, Totalkolesterol and cortisol values decreased. Testosterone serotonin, zinc values increased significantly, while estradiol values decreased significantly. Multivariate Scaling Analysis Technique was used to investigate the relationships between the properties determined before and after the application. SPSS for windows 20.0 statistical program was used to evaluate the data obtained as a result of the study, arithmetic mean (AO), standard deviation (SD) was defined. Er Power Analysis elde was performed to make the data to be obtained from the pre-study study be used and evaluated. As a result, it can be said that some of the prisoners in the scope of controlled activities of recreational activities affect some blood values and significantly.
