Abstract (EN)

This research provides us information about statistical analysis of datas obtained from fatigue failure tests of machinery parts. Reliability is an important subject in mechanical engineering to provide necessary tools and methods to make analysis. Weibull diagrams have been prepared manually in order to get a paper-based application. In addition to that, Wöhler diagrams have been prepared for comparison of both results. Data amount is quite important for the evaluation of results. The results are more precise when there is more data points on the graph. In today?s technological environment, key to success for many companies is to be able to rely on its product and to control its production facility with optimum reliability. This task should be performed with best price, minimum production cost and without decreasing the quality and reliability of the product. Results of both weibull and wöhler anaylsis has been evaluated at the end of this research. When machine parts have been exposed to durability tests with one single force, even if there are multiple life values they are easily put on one distribution. In this case, based on diagrams of weibull and wöhler, required life datas are obtained to be analysed with cumulative failure theories.
