Abstract (EN)

Predictive Maintenance With the improvement of industry, the ideals in the dreams of people started to become realities. However, this has caused some problems. In the past, experienced engineers used to understand whether a machine is running properly ( or causing any problems ) by touhcing and hearing. Nowadays, that kind of measurement is not realible. Because, when there is human factor, the risk or making mistakes is always high and there is the need for devices measure and find vibration, as the vibration caused by machines has high frequencies. It is well known that vibration is the destroyer product of machine energy, which in creases wear and speeds breaking. For most machines, vibration has a typical level and when it is being operated under normal coditions the frequency spectrum of the machine has a characteristic shape. This frequency spectrum is known as the vibration record of the machine. When breakdowns begin, the energy on the machine parts inside the dinamic proses shows some changes. So, the shape and vibration level of the vibration spectrum change, too. Knowing this, work can be done is collecting vibration datas during the normal operation conditions and the failures caused on purpose. In case of evaluating these datas in a packaged software, the breakdowns may be identified before they occur and repaired in short periods. So, both the maintenance period and cost of the machine is decreased and it serves better. Nowadays the increasing market competition caused important changes in desing and repairs of production of service tools in factories. To reach zero mistakes in the proces and minimize the direct and indirect losses caused by out of use systems in difficult process conditions, maintenance understanding has been developed. Now, maintenance is not used to eleminate the problem after a breakdown appears but to investigate the posible breakdown resources and find out the problems before they occur. The bents in time of the physical parameter measurements were traced to be able toperform this. So, maintenance can be done before the system is out of use. From a cost prespective, it is very important to keep the system running. For example, the cost of and out of use radio-link, whic provides communication to thousands of subscribers, may be million of dolars. Therefore, maintenance efforts have become much more important than repair efforts. In this study, it has been tried to explain how a machine performance can be traced by vibration method.
