Abstract (EN)
Nowadays demand for hydroponics culture techniques is increasing every day. Some of the reasons could be counted as follows; to generate too many crops in a small area, to harvest crops in arid and desert regions, to be provided of production in completely controlled conditions, to clear away of plant diseases by monitoring them. Furthermore, water and fertilizer will be protected in a recirculation hydroponic system. On the other hand, efficiency of usage of water and fertilizer is quite low in earthy systems. In addition to this fact, the quality and quantity of nutrients transferred trough water are the most important factor in hydroponic cultivations systems. But generally inorganic fertilizers are used in the conventional hydroponic applications. That is why; some organic materials could have phytotoxic effect and cause to prevent the growing of plant. Whereas according to recycling of sources, applying of organic and biologic fertilizer sources in hydroponic cultures is very important. In this study, it was targeted to recruitment the essential elements from organic materials. For this purpose, some of the bacteria which can fixate nitrogen and solve phosphate were used to provide nitrogen and phosphorous elements which is in need of the plants by processing of the organic matters found in the compost. Necessity of potassium of the seedlings was achieved by wood ashes. On the other hand, the compost samples were enriched by above mentioned microorganisms. Nitrogen and phosphorous forms in the compost specimens which prepared in this manner were measured with potentiometer and spectrophotometer methods. According to perform potentiometric measurement nitrate and ammonium ion selective sensors were prepared. When the result of crop raising study evaluated; it was shown that tomato crops which were nourished with microorganisms' added compost displayed considerably good growing.
