Nutrition industry in Malatya city

Nutrition Industry can be considered as a group of plants in which loading,classifying, gauging ,manufacturing, solidifying, labeling of the products are present and arelodged to the markets. These products are handeled as row materials in a sequence from theinception.The fact that the heft of the population in Turkey live off the land they cultivate pointsout the crucial role of the nutrition industry. The rural production and the nutrition industrysupplying tremendous employment turn out to be an important mixture that integrates bothagriculture and industry.If a research is conducted on nutrition industy in Malatya, it can be seen that there areabout 130 nutrition industries( most of them are apricot factories.) Through this Project it isintended to depict the location, development and problems of the livestock, fruit, vegetables,milk, sugar, pastry, tobacco, food, beverage and salt industries.
