Abstract (EN)
Rapid increase in the number of women in work life with changes in their social posi-tions, professional roles attributed to traditional gender roles, efforts to balance between home and work roles have increased the individual, familial and occupational visibility of the work-family conflict. The aim of this study is to investigate the work-family con-flict situations of women working in Malatya textile sector and relationship of these conflict situations with religiosity. In this context firstly, concepts and theories related to work-family conflict and religiosity were wrote and a background was provided to contribute to the theoretical understanding of the fieldwork to be conducted. Based on this, a questionnaire consisting of 50 questions including job-family conflict scale, job satisfaction scale, religiosity scale and demographic information was applied to 210 fe-male employees working in Malatya textile sector. It is aimed to determine the relations-hip and interaction between the conflict levels, religiosity levels and work-family conf-lict and religiosity levels of female employees. In study, data were evaluated using Mean, Frequency analysis, Regression, Correlation and ANOVA analysis technique via SPSS package program. As a result of the study, a significant positive relationship was found between the sub-dimensions of work-family conflict among female employees. While it was seen that female employees experienced the most time-based conflict in the work-to-family conflict dimension, it was found that the highest conflict was the behavior-based conflict in the family-to-work conflict di-mension. Also, it has been revealed that there is a negative relationship between the level of work-family conflict and religiousness. In addition, the level of religiousness of women has a negative effect on the work- family conflict, which means that religious-ness reduces the conflict.
