Abstract (EN)
The study examines the impact of spiritual counseling on stress, anxiety and depression. The research uses the weak experimental design, one of the experimental research methods. In the study, eight-week spirituality-based structured counseling addressing eight different topics was applied. The study started with 10 participants, but was completed with 8 people due to the loss of 2 participants. The Dass-21 scale was applied at the beginning and end of the consultation process. The change in the clients' stress, anxiety and depression levels was examined. As a result of the research, the stress, anxiety and depression values of the study group decreased significantly and in the desired direction.
