Abstract (EN)
In this study, Cyclamen hederofolium Aiton and C. persicum Mill., found in the genus Cyclamen (yersomunu) in Manisa and its environs in the Primulaceae family. This species were examined morphologically, anatomically, palynologically and ecologically.Morphological studies and field observations and detailed descriptions of the stereo microscope have been expanded. In the anatomical examination, the cross-sections of the trunk and leaf belonging to the species were taken and examined by light microscope. The pollen grains of the species were examined by light microscopy and scanning electron microscope and their palinological characteristics were determined. In the context of ecological analysis, soil samples taken from the growing area of the species were analyzed and elemental requests were determined. It has been seen that species are easily differentiated in terms of general morphological characteristics. Micromorphological examination of the seed shape C. hederifolium species rectangular-trapezoid, C. persicum species, elliptical form was found to be. Palinological investigations, C. hederifolium and C. persicum pollen shapes of the species in both types, spheroidal to oblate shape, until the isopolar, ornemantasyonlarının psilate, scabrate, apertures were determined to be tricolpate. Therefore, it was concluded that pollen structures could not be used in the separation of the species we examined. As a result of anatomical investigations, it was determined that C. hederifolium and C. persicum species did not have any differences other than measurement values. Ecologically, C. hederifolium and C. persicum species ph values slightly alkaline, salt-free, clay tin, C. hederifolium species of medium and very calcareous, organic matter poor, medium, high C. persicum species of less calcareous, high organic matter in terms of soil preference has been identified. At the end of the study, it was determined that both species were easily distinguishable and their cultivation areas were generally similar.
