Material and Method: The lot quality technique was used in the study conducted to examine the vaccination status of children between 12-23 months. According to the vaccination card and mother's declaration, the vaccination rates of the children are 100% for the 1st dose of Hep-B, 99,3% for the 2nd dose, and 98,8% for the 3rd dose. The rate of BCG vaccination is 99,1%, while the rate of DTaP-IPV-Hib is 99,1%for the 1st dose, 99% for the 2nd dose, 98,3% for the 3rd dose, and 96,3% for the booster dose. The first dose of PCV is 99,1%, the 2nd dose is 99,1%, and the booster dose is 97,8%. The first dose of OPA is 98,5%, and 2nd dose is 96,6%. MMR and varicella vaccines are 98,1%, and the first dose of Hep-A is 96,6%. In the Şehzadeler district, the Hep-B vaccine absence rate is 1%, 0,5% for DTaP-IPV-Hib, 1,0% for Hep-B 1 and OPA 1, 2,6% for Hep-B 1 and MMR, and 6.1% for Hep-B 1 and DTaP-IPV-Hib booster. The percentage of on-time vaccination is 93,3% in the 4th and 5th lots in the Şehzadeler district and in the 5th lot in the Yunusemre district. 82% of the mothers received information about vaccines and vaccination. A statistically significant difference was found between mothers' vaccination attitudes and their perception of immigration, social security, employment, and income level.
