Abstract (EN)
Evaluation Of The Reliability And Reproducibility of Manual, Artificial Intelligence-Supported, Smartphone Application-Supported Cephalometric Analysis Methods The aim of this study is to compare the reproducibility and reliability of the artificial intelligence-supported WebCeph cephalometric analysis program and the application-supported OneCeph cephalometric analysis program with the traditional manual analysis method and to evaluate the analysis time. The study material consists of pretreatment lateral cephalometric radiographs of 110 cases. Cephalometric analysis were performed manually, using WebCeph program and OneCeph program; measurements were evaluated in terms of reliability, repeatability and duration. Skeletal measurements used in our research are SN, SNA, SNB, ANB, GoGn/SN, Saddle angle, Articular angle, Gonial angle, Sum of Posterior angles and Witts measurement; dental measurements are U1-NA distance, L1-NB distance, U1/NA angle, L1/NB-angle, IMPA and Interinsical angle. The soft tissue measurements used in our study are Ls-E line, Li-E line distance and nasolabial angle. In order to evaluate the repeatability and intra-observer reliability, cephalometric analyzes of 30 randomly selected cases were performed again using 3 methods. The analysis times were recorded with a stopwatch. The data obtained in our research were analyzed by means of SPSS 22 package program. The correspondence between the measurement methods was examined by Inter Class Correlation method and the observer reliability was examined by Intra Class Correlation method, the average analysis times were calculated. p value 0.05 was used as the significance level. In our research, it has been observed that the WebCeph program and OneCeph application are highly compatible with the Manual analysis method in terms of all parameters except SN measurement and Nasolabial angle. While the nasolabial angle showed moderate compatibility with the Manual analysis method in both analysis methods, the WebCeph program was found to be low compatible with the manual analysis method in terms of SN measurement. The analysis time was obtained in the lowest WebCeph program and the highest in the manual analysis method. As a result, WebCeph program and OneCeph application have shown a high degree of compatibility with the manual analysis method and have made it possible to perform analysis in a much shorter time. Due to the higher correlation between the application-supported OneCeph cephalometric analysis program and the Gold standard Manual analysis method, it can be concluded that OneCeph program is the best alternative to the Manual analysis method.
