Abstract (EN)

The basis of this thesis is the detection and analysis of the ULF signals. The ULF signals which exist on the Earth's surface are affected by the Earth's internal structure movement, earthquake and solar wind. The purpose of the thesis is show the relationship that is thought to be have existed between these situations. On the first stage, various electronic components are used in order to measure this signals. Some data were also taken from measurement centers located in other countries to diversify the available data. After that, a number of signal processing methods were applied on the measured and collected data. The results were transformed into graphs and charts after they are analyzed. ULF signals were detected as a result of these analyses. It was shown that the ULF signals, whose frequencies indicated in the thesis, can be detected from the surface of the Earth by using signal processing methods with very low cost hardware.
