Özet (EN)
Fairy tales are like a vine that has spread by taking root in various geographies since humans existed. The roots of fairy tales that are produced from the same seed continue to grow by being fed from different cultures and take shape according to the building blocks of that culture. However, this fairytale land is so fertile that it is not only transmitted from generation to generation in different cultures, but also contributes to the branching and pruning of different disciplines. Literature is one of these disciplines. The symbol-laden language and metaphorical narration of fairy tales continue to be used for various purposes in today's contemporary literature. In the wake of the ecological crisis faced with the serious level of humanity's impact on our planet, literature, like many sciences, draws attention to this issue in its studies. The exposion of women and nature to the domination of patriarchal system is becoming one of the most important issues today. Criticisms are made on the patriarchal system, the way it sees women and nature, and the ways in which human and non-human are related. In this study, with the principle of interdisciplinarity we will be compared Sema Kaygusuz's Yere Düşen Dualar and Deniz Gezgin's Yerkuşağı novels with the ecofeminist method in the context of fairy tale elements. The aim of the thesis is to examine the relationship between folklore and intertextuality in the context of fairy tales and novels and to discuss the reflections in literature of the control of women and nature by the patriarchal structure, which has become a current social issue by addressing this relationship with the eco-feminist method. The aim is to propose to think about the forms of human relations with both the opposite sex and nature that have been narrated since the oral tradition through contemporary literary texts. Keywords: fairy tale, postmodern literature, ecofeminism, interdisciplinarity, comparative literature.
