Abstract (EN)
Nowadays, the most important goal of medical instituons', providing quality services is to ensure the satisfaction of both the patient and employee satisfaction. At this study of nurses' burnout level was conducted, either theoretical and practical work have been made. In the theoretical part of the study, while the historian method and literature scouring, while the survey technique was used at the practical part. As a result of experiencing burnout in health instutions are emerging individual and isntutional dimensions in damages. Appropriate conditions should be provided to avoid a burnout, employee satisfaction levels should be measured, about the work they do and should be considered opinion about the working system. When all of these will be provided, then employee satisfaction will be provided. In an institution where employees are happy with the provision of patient satisfaction, institutions can reach their goals to provide quality services.
