Abstract (EN)

This study was carried out to get the opinions of mathematics teachers working in the Ortahisar district of Trabzon province, affiliated with the Ministry of National Education, on virtual classroom management skills in the distance education period. The research is a qualitative study conducted in a phenomenological or, in other words, subjective experience pattern. The study is a case study with a nested multi-case design. For example, 12 teachers from mathematics teachers working in secondary schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education in the Ortahisar district of Trabzon province, which were selected voluntarily with the purposeful sampling technique, were chosen as a sample. The data in the study were collected by individual interview technique. Interviews held for 10-15 minutes with semi-structured interview forms were recorded and subjected to descriptive analysis, and the views were themed and categorized. As a result of the research, the virtual classroom management skills of mathematics teachers in the distance education period were examined separately in five dimensions of classroom management.
