Obedience to the ruler has become a place where, over the various ages, the various Islamic classes vary, and through this research I focused on what our distinguished scholars went to from the Maturid academy, and Imam Al-Matredi, may he rest in peace, was on top of them. The issue of the Sultan, and his rights and obligations, is the issue of loyalty and it is a thorny issue. So, I thought it necessary to try to show what is hidden and to clarify what is ambiguous. In this topic, the Sultan 's question, how to obey him, when it is permissible to disobey him or be isolated, and who is the right person for the great imamate of the Muslims, what his duties and rights are, all these issues have been discussed and gathered as much as possible in this study and analysis.
