Relationship between the blue ocean leadership and performance

With the increase in the need for telecommunications with the developing technology and the investments made in this sector, the importance given to the management of telecommunication companies has also increased. For this reason, the sample of this study was chosen as a telecommunications company, and the relationship between Blue Ocean Leadership and Performance, which can be applied to all management levels, is the subject. There are many studies in the literature to examine the relationship between leadership and employee performance. However, the number of studies examining the relationship between Blue Ocean Leadership and employee performance is very limited. The aim of the research is to examine the effect of Blue Ocean Leadership on organizational performance. In the research, data were collected by Blue Ocean Leadership Scale and Employee Performance Scale. 403 feedback was received to the survey study. However, when the responses were examined, 195 responses were found to contain a lot of blank data and were excluded from the study and the analysis was continued with 208 questionnaire forms. In the research, data analysis was done in SPSS 20 package program. Within the scope of reliability and validity study, AFA: Explanatory Factor Analysis was conducted. Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation test and regression analysis were used to analyze the data. When the relationship between blue ocean leadership and performance is analyzed, it is determined that there is a relationship between interaction and change sub-dimensions and performance. While there was a negative relationship between the interactionism sub-dimension and performance, it was observed that there was a positive relationship between the sub-dimension sub-dimension and performance.
