Leadership styles have a significant impact on organizations and employees. Different types of leadership play an important role in the organization and employee success. Its stream from different leadership styles can provide different approaches in different situations and employee groups. This study aims to examine the effect of leadership types on employee performance and risk-taking tolerance in aviation organizations. The aviation industry is a stressful, dynamic and complex environment that is closely tied to ever-changing rules and regulations. In such sectors, the concept of leadership is critical. In this study, a study was conducted by using the correlation analysis method in order to reveal the effect of leadership styles on employee performance and risk-taking tolerance and the connection and relationship between variables. The data collection process was carried out through questionnaires and applied to people working in different units operating in the aviation sector. The results revealed that in the aviation industry, different leadership styles have a significant impact on employee performance measures and also affect employees' risk-taking behaviour. The findings provide important clues that can be taken into account when evaluating and developing the leadership styles of aviation organizations. This study is expected to contribute to the literature on leadership practices and employee performance in the aviation industry.
