Abstract (EN)

In this study, criminal procedures for the crimes committed by the prime minister and ministers in relation to their duties has been examined in detail. In the first part of the study which composed of two parts, it has been examined the Parliament Investigation which is the investigation level of the trial that will be conduct for the prime ministers for the crimes commited in relation to their duties. Parliament Investigation is a special investigation system which is done by Parliament to Investigate the acts of the prime minister and ministers and at the end of the investigation to convey them to the Supreme Court in order to try them for the crimes committed in relation to their duties. In the second part of the study, it has been examined the Supreme Court trial level which is performed after the Parliament Investigation if it is decided of the trial of the prime minisiter and ministers. Supreme Court is established to try high level public servants in a fair way; The Constitutional Court in its capacity as the Supreme Court shall try these persons for the crimes committed in relation to their duties. The purpose of this work; ın the case of rights claim that they committed a crime related to the investigation by examining the role of prime minister and ministers and parliamentary investigations and proceedings will be to provide solutions to Supreme Court criticism of our system.
