Maganize (mecmû'a), which means collecting or gathering, can include different persons and different types of poems. In addition to the the magazine, there are other texts used in this study, namely compositions (terkibler), postcripts (derkenarlar) or useful notes. Poem magazines are the sources which help us in understanding the past. The high number of the magazines proves that they are extremely popular in their publishing era. Thanks to this variety, the unknown poets, the poems existing in the unpublished poetries (divanlar), or previously unknown types and shapes of the verses (nazımlar) are found in the poem magazines. This study examines the work titled Mecmû'a-i Eş'âr Ve Fevâid, which was registered to the Ankara National Library Adnan Ötüken Provincial Public Collection with a number of 06 Hk 427, on the basis of the "Project for Systematic Classification of the Magazines" (MESTAP). The introduction part elaborates on the copcept of the magazine. In the first part, the text handled in this study is analysed by transfering it to the currently used Latin alphabet by making an evaluation of the text. MESTAP tables are registered before the text.
