Özet (EN)
Due to the prolongation of life expectancy and the changes in the way of nutrition and the changes in the way of nutrition and the prolongation of life expectancy, many diseases that are increasing in prevalence all over the world threaten humanity to create pandemics. For all these diseases, the search for preventive methods continues, and after the disease occurs, the search for easily applicable and effective treatment methods continues. Due to the fact that the side effects and accessibility of synthetic chemical drugs used in the treatment process are more difficult, the value of studies determining the content research and determination of the effectiveness of phytochemical components that can be used in these drugs has increased. Plants growing in severe environmental conditions come to the fore with various phytochemical components that they contain..In our study, it was planned to investigate the biological activities, enzyme inhibition properties and anticancer properties of different extracts (ethyl acetate and methanol) of Trifolium arvense and Medicago lupulina plants, which grow in their natural distribution areas around Aksaray, Hasandağı, considering that they may be effective in treatment with the phytochemical components they contain. With all these goals, the total phenolic content ratios and flavonoid content ratios and antioxidant activity capacities of our plants have been determined by DPPH, ABTS, CUPRAC, FRAP, PBD and MCA methods. Inhibitory capacities of acetylcholine esterase (AChE), butyrylcholine esterase (BChE, α-amylase), tyrosinase and α-glucosidase enzymes have been determined to determine enzyme inhibition activities. As a result, it is believed that Trifolium arvense and Medicago lupulina plants are a valuable phytochemical active source, with their antioxidant activity capacity and enzyme inhibition activity capacity, they can be used for the prevention and treatment of many diseases such as alzhemir, skin diseases diabetes, and cancer diseases.
