Abstract (EN)
In this study, Medicago sativa (alfa alfa) and Vicia sativa (common vetch) plants sesitivity was investigated at polluted soils with different concentration of Na2B4O7.10H2O (sodium tetra borate). Na2B4O7.10H2O (sodium tetra borate) was applied to the soil as 0, 2, 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 ppm levels. At the end of the experiment in the plants of roots, stem and leaves B concentrations are determined. B concentration, which is taken into the structure of plants, is being utility the sensitive of Medicago sativa (alfa alfa) and Vicia sativa plants to the B to be determined was worked. At the results of experiment Medicago sativa plant contuniue to live in 50 ppm B concentration which was applied, Vicia sativa plant, 30, 40, 50 ppm B concentrations which the effect of toxic to the plant had been observation.
