Abstract (EN)
It is an undeniable fact that interest and participation in the tourism movement is increasing day by day. Tourism sector which is one of the important source of income for our country derives a profit both financially and culturally by growing constantly.The tourism sector has developed in the sense of health,science and culture along with occurence of pursuit and request beside emergence of needs like rest and fun,thus alternative types of tourism have emerged.Health tourism is one of the most demanded alternative type of tourism in our country. The aim of this study is to evaluate the pleasure level of medical tourism workers in our country.This research has importance in the context of determining the actions to be taken for increasing the pleasure of workers by evaluating the satisfaction level of medical tourism workers in İstanbul.Survey method among quantitative research has been applied in this study.As a result,level of pleasure and working conditions of medical tourism workers have been examined by being evaluated in the context of health tourism in our country.According to the study results,male participants has shown more commitment to the institution.Working hours between 6-10 hours have valued mostly when compared with the other working hours.It is also seen that undergraduate education is the highest level of education.
