Abstract (EN)
In Ottomon Empire, on passing from medrese education to modern education, a lot of changes and newness were done. In this thesis, these changes and were searched. The studies which are connection with education, as modern and its effects to Republic Term and the role of folk?s education were searched, too. The newnessesin primary education area are the most important study to be modern in Ottoman Empire. The reforms in this term which continue in Turkish Republic Term. The education of folk was searched and a lot of too reforms were done in cultural, education area and in ordering of life. One of aims of Turkish Republic is toy oin forces with peasants and citizens for making process of country, their aim sentence is ?to reach Modern Civilization Level? It is provided that peasant joined to production forbeing of country in ekonomical area. For this aim, folk houses were fonuded which will service to folk for in creasing the education level of folk. At done is studies, it is arised to be effects of tending to folk when reform is reali sed and the adding of the effects. Were dealed withon processing of country.
