Current activities of kadiyani from the perspective of the perception of Mahdism

In our study, the reflections of the Mahdi perception on the Qadiyani Community and the current activities of the Kadiyanis as a result of these effects were studied. In the introduction part of the study, the origins of the words messiah, mahdi and mujaddid were examined within the conceptual framework that we considered important in terms of the claims of the community we are dealing with and determined as the beginning of our road map. In the first part of the study, information is given about the socio-cultural and religious structure of the Indian subcontinent, where the Qadiyani Community was formed and which had a deep impact on its teachings, and information is given about the historical adventure of Qadiyani, the subject of our study, and the life of its founder, Mirza Gulam Ahmed. A conceptual analysis was made in the context of Mirza Gulam Ahmed's savior missions, mujaddid, messiah, mahdi, mubuwwa and Krishna views, and Gulam Ahmed's claims on the subject were included. Abrahamic religions with eschatological beliefs and their cores are discussed in the last part of the first chapter in comparison with Qadiyanism, and the reflections of their existing savior beliefs on Qadiyanism are conveyed. In the second part of the study, the action was taken in the light of the savior traces of the Kadıyani Community's past and its actions that are reflected in the present were emphasized. In particular, their officially published Maneviyat Magazine, websites, YouTube channels and updated printed publications were subjected to detailed examination. Thus, the modern literature of the Qadiyanis was scanned and the reflections of the savior idea were identified. It was determined that the results were interpreted according to the savior belief, which is the founding principle of the community, and the activities carried out were in this manner.
