Meḥmed Ṣādıḳ Zaʿįmzāde Vaḳʿa-yi Hamįdi̇yye Introduction - text - index

This study consists of transcribed transcription into Latin letters of the Arabic manuscript written by Mehmed Sâdık Zaimzade in Rumi 1289, which was translated into the digital media of the Bavarian State Library, language analysis and index sections. The text we use to read the work is the printed version of the original manuscript. The original text is found in the Süleymaniye Library Esat Efendi Library number 2171 as a manuscript. The text we are working on is the printed version of this work. Our work consists of 125 pages. There are 25 lines on each page. Vakʿa-yı Hamidiyye The events that took place during the reign of I. Abdülhamid, Ottoman, Russian, German and Austrian states were explained. The study consists of four sections: Introduction, Text, Language Analysis and Index. In the introduction part, information about Mehmed Sâdık Zaimzade and Vak'a-yı Hamidiyye is given. In the Language Analysis section, the spelling features of the text, phonology and morphology are explained with examples. In the text section, there is a transcribed translation of the printed print to Latin letters. Punctuation is also used in the text in some places for the convenience of the reader. In the index section, all words and word groups of the work translated into Latin letters, which language they belong to and the meanings of these words in the text are given.
