Abstract (EN)

In this study, MoC-NiAl and Mo-NiAl-WC powders were mixed in certain proportions and reinforced by mechanical alloying method. The produced reinforcements were used in certain ratios within the Fe matrix and Fe matrix-carbide reinforced composites were obtained. In study, the reason for the use of complex reinforcement is to provide that the carbides are smeared with NiAl and is to investigate bonding of carbides to matrix without brittle stage in grain boundary with Fe matrix. At the same time, the effect of different reinforcement ratios of the mixture on microstructure was investigated. The effects of mechanical alloying method on Fe-based MoC + NiAl and Mo + NiAl + WC reinforced composite material preparation process were observed on the basis of mechanical and physical changes in the final product. SEM, EDS, XRD, Optical, Microhardness and Mapping analyses were used for the analysis of microstructures of composites. Finally, the compatibility of the composites formed with these reinforcement materials with the Fe matrix was investigated and the wear changes were optimized by mechanical alloying method.
